also you talked about the cd-rom drive in an earlier video, and that is the exact problem i am having. it doesn’t read any type of disc i put in it. it has been that way form the day i got my pc. and that was 5 years ago. it says it’s working fine. but it’s not.

i am having a problem with trying to burn a movie or video onto a dvd -rw. no matter what program i try to use, it says that the disc isn’t blank. i just bought them yesterday, so they are brand new. i got them because i wanted to practice burning movies and videos without wasting the dvd-r’s where if you make a mistake, you can’t erase it. anyway, i can burn cd-r’s and rw’s but not the dvd-rw’s. there is nothing wrong with the drive itself, it must be something else.
