    more fast: start,run,cmd,netstat -b

    Start (Windows Logo), All Programs, Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, choose to Run as Administrator. This will give you the “elevated” permission to run NETSTAT -B

    i’m assuming you’re running VISTA. so you’ve to right-click cmd and click ‘run as administrator’..

    when you launch cmd, right click and press run as administrator.
