please send such requests as personal messages. If you write them here in the comments, It gets unnoticed. I would suggest you to install and run a free tool called HijackThis from trendmicro(dot)com, and run it, it will create a log file, save it on the desktop, and mail it to me at support(at)comprolive(dot)com

  6. srajure Says:

i would advise you to run a freeware called “Malwarebytes antimalware”, and after that do an online scan at one of the sites- bitdefender(dot)com, eset(dot)com, Housecall(dot)Trendmicro(dot)com
if it is clean. Then I would say you can consider your computer to be reasonably safe. But unless you get it checked personally by an expert, I can’t say you are 100% safe

  15. srajure Says:

Download/ install a small tool from TrendSecure com, and run it , it will generate a log file, you can post the contents of the file here or mail it to com, after seeing the log, i can tell you the exact files and the steps to remove them

  16. RicardoRedefined Says:

Hey… after you find the file… do you click on it and open it?
Cause everytime I click on it, my computer says that an unknown program is trying to acess my computer and that I shouldn’t open the file UNLESS i trust the program. Should I allow this program to acess my computer? Or will it cause more damage if I open it?

  17. srajure Says:

download / install/ run HijackThis program from TrendSecure com, and send the hijackthis log file on my mail com, after reading the report I can tell if there are any viruses still there

  18. g2kyou Says:
