Since there are no released MacOs X viruses at the present, and there are 1,000,000 Windows viruses, you don’t need one unless you are running Windows on your Mac. In that case any Windows anti-virus application will work on the Windows side. If you are not running Windows, then stop worrying about viruses. If someone sends you a Windows virus, it just takes up some hard drive space. I did tech support for 10 years, never had a Mac running MacOs X with a virus/malware or adware.
sorry for mac there is not a good one that is free for windows i would recommend avg (http://free.avg.com ) but on mac you would have to buy i would definitely recommend mcafee its the cheapest and best for mac here’s a link: please check it out. (BUT NO NORTON EVEN FOR WINDOWS OR MAC) good luck!!
