The most important thing would be experience in fixing computers. You don’t want to be learning how to fix computers working on someone else’s computer.
Next, it would be helpful if you had contacts with companies that need computers repaired. If you are starting from scratch, get some money together and have flyers printed up, business cards, etc. and start passing them around. Take out an ad in your local sales flyer (around me, they are called the Pennysaver).
And of course, make sure you have all the tools needed to repair computers and a place to work. If you have no contacts, you might consider renting a storefront (though this might be expensive and you didn’t mention how much money you have ready to go). This will give you exposure (as opposed to working out of your basement). If you are just going to do this part-time, you can probably get away with using a garage or basement, it just means you may have to pound the pavement a bit more to get business.

Good luck and I hope you do well.
