Toughbook hands down! Talk to Panasonic and they’ll hook you up with the software you need.

xactimate will link you to it. check xactimate on line. msb.integriclaim also is good, but industry standard is xactimate.I use both daily.
Xactimate also has a lazer measuring device,linked on their site. It’s really good to use.
